In a sector undergoing significant change, MyWay offers an alternative to traditional networks for experienced travel advisors wishing to work independently. The collective currently brings together approximately 80 professionals under a single Atout France, with the aim of pooling legal resources, guarantees, and tools, while allowing each member considerable autonomy.
Summary
A response to the limitations of the classical model
Founded by Julien Poszywala, a tech entrepreneur, and Emeline Hibon, a specialist in the United States and Canada, MyWay was born in the post-Covid context, when many travel agents were looking to evolve their way of doing business.
“We are not here to teach people the trade, but to enable them to practice it in the best possible conditions,” explains Julien Poszywala.

The principle is based on pooling Atout France registration, financial guarantees, and the legal structure. Consultants act as business introducers, without having to create their own agency, a process that is often costly and time-consuming. The model is based on a monthly subscription and a commission proportional to activity.
Commercial independence and personal identity
MyWay operates as a white-label solution. Each consultant develops their own identity, positioning, and communication strategy. "The client chooses a person, not a generic logo. The consultant is the brand," emphasizes Julien Poszywala.
This autonomy is accompanied by a collective operation. Members exchange information on their files, share their expertise and collaborate on specific niches, whether it be tailor-made trips, cruises, groups or long-haul destinations.
A centralized technology platform
The collective relies on an internally developed platform designed to automate most of the back office: accounting management, VAT on margin, financial flows, customer documents, multi-currency and commission calculation.
“In a traditional agency, it would take five people to do what our platform handles in a few seconds,” summarizes Julien Poszywala.
This automation aims to free up time for the core business: customer relations and sales. The collective works with around one hundred suppliers and manages sales in over 40 currencies.
A deliberately selective group
MyWay is not for beginners. Candidates must demonstrate significant experience and present a viable project. The collective targets individuals capable of generating an annual business volume of at least €100,000, with some members already exceeding €300,000.
"We're not looking for quantity. We're looking for people capable of conveying a vision, an expertise," insists the founder.
A structured legal framework
The model is based on a structure that complies with regulations: Atout France registration IM059190009, Groupama financial guarantee, Generali professional liability insurance, and membership in Les Entreprises du Voyage and CMDV. Legal support is provided by Maître Llop, a lawyer specializing in tourism law.
This framework aims to secure the activity of advisors while offering institutional recognition to partners and clients.
A shift towards in-house training
For 2026, MyWay plans to launch an e-learning platform for its members. The content will cover topics such as marketing, niche structuring, group sales, professional use of social media, and website creation.
The objective is to support expert profiles in business development and visibility, in a sector where professional competence is no longer always enough to differentiate oneself.
