The ship will also be able to rely on a liquefied natural gas engine when weather conditions do not allow for purely wind propulsion.
This project is part of the overall relaunch of the Orient Express brand orchestrated by the Accor group, with the strategic support of LVMH. The objective is to extend the legendary world of the famous train into new, high-end travel experiences.

The Orient Express Corinthian deliberately adopts a very exclusive positioning. The ship will have only 54 suites, all designed with large openings onto the sea and private spaces.
This limited capacity allows for an intimate approach, halfway between a traditional cruise and the experience of a private yacht.
The onboard experience will also draw on several French luxury brands. The dining experience will be in collaboration with chef Yannick Alléno, while wellness experiences are expected to be offered in partnership with Guerlain.
The interior design was entrusted to architect Maxime d'Angeac, who drew inspiration from the iconic Art Deco aesthetic of the historic Orient Express.
