1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of services offered on the InfosTourisme.com website, published by:
INFOSTOURISME MEDIA, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder (SASU), with a share capital of €500, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 102 325 560, whose registered office is located at Bureau 3, 8 rue de la République, 13001 Marseille – France.
2. Services offered
InfosTourisme.com offers, among other things:
- Visibility opportunities for tourism professionals (company pages, sponsored articles, media partnerships)
- Editorial content and communication operations
- Participation in digital events or formats (webinars, interviews, etc.)
Each offer is accompanied by a detailed description and a quote or commercial proposal.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), excluding taxes (HT).

INFOSTOURISME MEDIA reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Services are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order or the signing of the quote.
4. Order
All orders are confirmed:
- either by signing a quote
- either by written confirmation (email)
- either by payment
All orders constitute full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the conditions defined in the quote or invoice:
- cash payment upon ordering
- or payment upon receipt of invoice
Payments can be made by bank transfer or via a secure solution (Stripe or equivalent).
In case of late payment:
- Late payment penalties may be applied
- A fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs will be payable (Article L441-10 of the Commercial Code)
6. Performance of services
The services (article publication, content uploading, visibility, etc.) are carried out according to the schedule defined with the client.
The client agrees to provide the necessary elements (content, visuals, approvals) within the agreed deadlines.
Any delay by the client may result in a postponement of the service without incurring any liability on the part of INFOSTOURISME MEDIA.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed or in progress after agreement of the customer.
8. Responsibility
INFOSTOURISME MEDIA is committed to providing its services with diligence and professionalism.
The company cannot be held liable in the event of:
- force majeure
- technical failure (hosting, internet, external platforms)
- inappropriate use of content by the client
9. Personal Data
The data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

10. Intellectual Property
The content produced by INFOSTOURISME MEDIA remains its property, unless otherwise contractually defined.
The client benefits from a right of use within the framework provided by the service.
11. Applicable Law – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the courts of Marseille shall have sole jurisdiction.
