With the launch of new immersive activities, Siyam World Maldives clearly illustrates this transformation.

As a member of the Sun Siyam Group's Lifestyle Collection, the resort is strengthening its positioning around a more active and social stay, intended for families, groups, or travelers seeking distinctive experiences.

Two new immersive experiences at Siyam World Maldives

According to the official press release and the specialized press, the resort is introducing two new concepts designed to enrich the on-site experience: the Siyam World 3K Wellness Run and The Amazing Race.

The Siyam World 3K Wellness Run is a weekly event organized around a marked course on the island. Accessible to both runners and walkers, this activity focuses on well-being and lifestyle, with participants receiving a special badge upon arrival.

The second concept, The Amazing Race, focuses more on teamwork and fun. Participants, in groups of up to five people, must complete several challenges spread across different areas of the resort. Various prizes are planned for the top teams, including excursions and water sports.

A strategic evolution for Maldivian resorts

For tourism professionals, this development reflects a fundamental trend observed in high-end hotels: travelers are now looking for more than just premium accommodation.

The development of immersive, sporting or collaborative activities allows resorts to create more on-site engagement while strengthening their commercial differentiation in a particularly competitive market.

Children under 12 years old can also stay for free when sharing a room with adults, according to the conditions communicated by the hotel group.
